Application process

Appointment Required; To get started, call the Client Care Team at (847) 733-4300 to check your insurance and match you with a therapist.Your initial evaluation with one of their psychiatrists will typically consist of two 60-minute visits. During your first visit, you will review information from various sources, including schools, therapists, medical records, and family members, with your psychiatrist. During your second visit, your psychiatrist will discuss diagnostic impressions and a treatment plan with you and/or your child/adolescent. Sometimes, an additional visit (30-60 minutes) will be scheduled to begin the treatment plan.Follow-up visits will be scheduled as necessary and typically last 30 minutes. Supportive psychotherapy and psycho-education are embedded within visits with their psychiatrists. Your psychiatrist may recommend psychotherapy so that the treatment plan can be effectively implemented.
