365 We Thrive NFP serves as a community-centered hub and outreach-driven organization supporting youth ages 9-24 and their families across Chicago's South Side - including Auburn Gresham, Englewood, Roseland, Woodlawn, and surrounding communities - as well as Southland communities through a Dolton-based hub. Services are delivered in the neighborhoods referenced through outreach, partner sites, and community-based locations across the listed service areas. The organization provides trauma-informed, prevention-focused programming designed to support stabilization, leadership development, workforce readiness, economic mobility, violence prevention, and restorative pathways.
