INPATIENT SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT | CENTERSTONE

Provides a residential treatment program for those struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring problems. Offers withdrawal management, detox, and professional assistance during the process. Individuals are assigned a case manager who provides counseling, referrals, and treatment plan monitoring. An assessment will be completed prior to starting treatment, in order to determine treatment plan.

Fees vary based on service provided. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and private pay. Sliding scale available for those who meet income guidelines. No patient will be denied services due too inability to pay.
