Proactive Community Services (PCS) employment programming provides successful preparation and placement services in disadvantaged communities targeting the long-term unemployed, unemployed and under-employed, dislocated, or hard-to-place residents in the south suburbs of Chicago. Born out of our mission to bring the highest quality of life for individuals, families, and youth, along with their experience in delivering successful workforce development programs, they provide a comprehensive, evidence-based, multi-institutional workforce development program.
