Eligibility
Children and adults with developmental disabilities. Must be served by one of the following agencies: the Park Districts of Burr Ridge, Elmhurst, Oak Brook, Pleasant Dale, Westchester and York Center; and the City of Countryside, and the Village of Hinsdale.
