Anixter Center offers linkage and referral care coordination for youth aged 8 to 19 who are experiencing an emotional issue or mental health concern and are involved or at risk of involvement with the justice system. Direct services provided are mental health screenings & assessments, developing a wellness plan, supporting youth in the court process, and community reintegration.
