Call to apply Documents required: - Last two check stubs - Evidence of hardship (mechanic invoice, time lost off the job, hospitalization, police report, etc..) - Lease agreement/past due notice for rental assistance (must have landlord contact information) - Disconnection notice for utility assistance - Insurance card for prescription assistance For those experiencing hardships directly resulting from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic (beginning March 20, 2020 - present), you may be eligible for rent and utility assistance via the Federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program. Ask for more information and application assistance.

- Reside within Waukegan Township boundaries - Exhibit and document financial hardship - Able to demonstrate ongoing ability to pay after EA is granted - May not receive any subsidized housing benefits Township boundaries do not follow municipal or zip code boundaries.
