Domestic Violence Group Counseling
Group counseling sessions take place at Between Friends' confidential location on Chicago's Far North Side. All gender identities and sexual orientations are welcome. Due to other participants' sensitivities, they ask that you refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or other scents."Encontrando mi Camino" is a Spanish-speaking supportive healing group for adults who have experienced domestic violence. "Finding Our Essence" is a supportive healing and processing group for adult survivors of domestic violence. Children's Group Counseling with Between Friends include expressive healing activities and workshops, with visual arts, dance, movement, yoga, and play to help creatively engage children in the healing process.

They offer comprehensive services to individuals who are in abusive relationships. Additionally, Between Friends provides counseling services to youth/adolescents experiencing Teen Dating Violence and Domestic Violence at home. These services are all free of charge, including a 24-hour crisis line, counseling, and legal assistance
