Open to individuals providing unpaid care for an older adult (ages 60 and older), older adults (ages 60 and older) caring for an adult with disabilities (caregiver can be a parent), or to grandparents raising grandchildren who live with them (cannot be the parent)

Description
Provides supportive services to unpaid caregivers and relatives raising children. These services promote healthier aging and seek to prevent long-term care placement of older adults. Services offered include information about legal rights, supplemental services to complement caregiver services, assistance and information about gaining access to community resources, support groups, education, and counseling for caregivers and respite care for the caregiver.
