Pre-registration is required but does not guarantee your participation in the Expo. Once you register, the Secretary of State and Public Defender's offices will review your case and determine whether you qualify for a free consultation, court hearing, or if your case does not qualify to participate in this event. There will be a follow-up e-mail notifying whether or not you qualify to participate in court.

The Driver's License Reinstatement Expo was created as a restorative justice event, where members of the community have a valuable and unique opportunity of starting the pathway to have their driver's license reinstated. During this event, if your case qualifies and meets all the requirements, your driver's license might be reinstated that same day.
