Law students provide legal advice and referrals, where appropriate, to community members. May be able to provide advice and referrals in the following areas: - Representation to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or elder abuse in order of protection matters in Winnebago County. - Legal advice for Orders of Protection and family law. - Legal advice and drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney for healthcare and property .
