JOLT Harm Reduction offers services at the McLean County Health Department. All services provided are free, anonymous and confidential. Services include: - Hep A vaccine. - Free socks and personal items. - Overdose prevention. - Narcan kits. - Naloxone. - Clean syringes and works. - HIV and HCV (Hep C) testing. - Chlamydia/Gonorrhea testing. - Safe sex kits (condoms and lube). - Referral to treatment. - Harm reduction counseling. - Fentanyl test strips.
