Aging Care Connections Information & Assistance Specialists provide current information on opportunities and services available to individuals within their communities. In addition, they provide Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) counseling on health insurance-related matters, including Medicare Supplements, Medicaid, Medicare Part B, Extra Help programs, and Medicare Part D Prescription Drug plans and coverage.
