People for Community Recovery is a non-profit environmental organization enhancing the quality of life of residents living in communities affected by pollution. PCR has provided legal referral services, education on the environment, and health and housing issues. This center has organized residents around the neighborhood to enhance food and safety advocacy. Work reflects the current challenges and needs faced by the community.
