Workforce Development

Bright Star Community Outreach (BSCO) provides Financial Literacy education seminars to local residents to help informed their decision making about short and long-term financial goals. They provide individual coaching strategies so residents can learn how to actively generate wealth and reinvest in the Greater Bronzeville Community.BSCO collaborates with a range of companies to provide youth with a variety of opportunities in areas such as research, retail, and recreation. An additional layer of their workforce development focuses specifically on youth ages 16 to 24 so they can improve their current skill sets in order to be better prepared for the workforce.
