Description
Community Supportive Living Systems Emerald House provides low-cost permanent housing with support services for those with disabilities. Clients who have difficulties with activities of daily living such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning are assigned personal assistants to help them complete these tasks. The fee is based on the resident's income.

Community Supportive Living Systems is a non-profit organization providing supportive housing for disabled homeless men who have been HIV/AIDS diagnosed and are chronically and or terminally ill to make a full transition to independent living. Intake is on Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Their on-call number is 773-386-6552. Although Emerald House was developed as a housing resource for the South-side of Chicago, it accepts referrals citywide.
