Priority Access & Specialized Programming: - Women and Children. - Pregnant and PostPartum Women. - Indigent Adult Males. - Injecting Drug Abusers. - HIV-Infected Drug Abusers. - Illinois Department of Children and Family Services Referrals. - Persons Eligible for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families. - Criminal Justice Offenders. - Treatment Alternative for Special Clients Referrals.
