(1) Call the Mobility Services Helpline or email [email protected] to request an application (2) Complete the application https://fares.rtachicago.org/ and call the Helpline to schedule an in-person interview (3) Following the interview, eligible riders will receive a certification letter, a guide, and a photo ID card within 21 days.

Eligibility

Must have a disability or a qualifying health condition; Unable to use the Chicago Transit Authority or Pace fixed routes for some or all of their travel.

Languages

Applications available in English, Spanish, Braille, or on audiotape; Interpreters available for American Sign Language (ASL) and Spanish.
