Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) Project IMPACT is a 24/7 behavioral health crisis program embedded in the emergency department at West Suburban Medical Center. Project IMPACT crisis clinicians are available to meet with patients experiencing behavioral health and/or substance use crises who may be in need of services. Clinicians complete comprehensive assessments, provide linkage to resources, and assist with the coordination of safe and appropriate discharge plans.
