- Redeploy Illinois:
- Safety Networks:
- At-risk youth ages 10-24 years engaged in violence/conflict at home, school or the community
- At-risk youth ages 10-24 years in need of anger management
- At-risk youth ages 10-24 years having academic difficulties including truancy
- At-risk youth ages 10-24 years needing linkage to resources and the monitoring of that
- At-risk youth ages 10-24 years needing advocacy in maneuvering through different systems such as mental health and substance abuse
- Families Case Management:
Required documents
- Redeploy Illinois: Will be instructed on documents needed when contacting the agency
- Safety Networks: No Documentation Required
- Families Case Management: Various documents may be required
