Eligibility
  • Redeploy Illinois:
Ages 13-18 years who are at high risk of being committed to the Department of Corrections
  • Safety Networks:
  • At-risk youth ages 10-24 years engaged in violence/conflict at home, school or the community
  • At-risk youth ages 10-24 years in need of anger management
  • At-risk youth ages 10-24 years having academic difficulties including truancy
  • At-risk youth ages 10-24 years needing linkage to resources and the monitoring of that
  • At-risk youth ages 10-24 years needing advocacy in maneuvering through different systems such as mental health and substance abuse
  • Families Case Management:
Grandparents or relatives of any age who are the primary caretaker of their grandchildren or relative

  • Redeploy Illinois: Will be instructed on documents needed when contacting the agency
  • Safety Networks: No Documentation Required
  • Families Case Management: Various documents may be required
