SPECIAL EDUCATION CLASSES/CENTERS | VERMILION ASSOCIATION FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION

- Provides comprehensive, evidence-based prevention and intervention services to enable students with diverse needs to achieve their maximum learning potential through collaboration with, and support to the families, district personnel, and community agencies. Services include: - Adapted physical education program. - Audiology services. - Deaf and hard of hearing program. - Occupational therapy. - Physical therapy. - School psychological services. - School social work services. - Speech therapy services. - Visual impairment services. - Early childhood program. - Secondary Transitional Experience Program (STEP): provides supervised work experience for high school students with disabilities. - Middlefork School: Programs designed to serve students ages 5 to 21 years of age whose needs cannot be adequately met in their home school districts.
