Provides the BEACON Care Portal, which is a secure online platform that helps Illinois families, caregivers, healthcare providers, and state agency staff connect with behavioral health resources and services for children and youth. The portal helps identify state-funded and community-based programs based on a family's needs and eligibility. BEACON also allows families to submit referrals, upload documents, track the status of their requests, and connect with Resource Coordinators and Clinical Specialists within the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR), who can assist with navigating available resources.
