YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM | KENDALL YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
Provides a program for youth you have limited or no prior work experience, and are experiencing barriers to employment, have an opportunity to participate in a paid work experience with local businesses. Work experiences are typically 4-12 weeks in length, but may be longer depending on the needs of the participant. Services include: - Career and guidance counseling. - Education preparation and planning. - Paid vocational training.

- In school youth ages 16-21, or out of school youth ages 16-24. - Authorized to work in the US. - Experiencing a barrier to employment. Barriers may include: - Pregnant/parenting. - Individual with a disability. - Individual involved in the court system. - Homeless. - Low-income. - In foster care or aged out of foster care. - Runaway. - School dropout.
