Eligibility

U.S. Veterans who served more than 180 days of active service after training; Immediate family member of a U.S. Veteran; Surviving family member of a U.S. Veteran.

Required documents

Service Records (DD-214, DD-215, or ERB) Disability Decision (PEB, VA Rating Letter) if applicable Photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, or Military ID) Proof of household income.
