- No appointment necessary - Participants must drop off their tax documents at the Moraine Township Office during VITA program hours only - Must bring all tax documents, including the required documents listed below - Tax preparation is handled remotely - Participants must return the following Saturday to pick up their completed tax documents Documents Required: - IRS Form 13614-C (Intake/Interview and Quality Review Sheet); Found here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f13614c.pdf - Photo ID for taxpayer and spouse - Social Security Cards or ITINs for everyone on the tax return - W-2 Forms - Any other IRS forms (1099R, 1099-INT, 1099-MISC, etc.) - Child care provider name, address, phone number, and ID number if they want to claim the Dependent and Child Care Tax Credit - Information/document for education expenses, small business expenses, etc. - Voided check for direct deposit - Last Year's Tax Return **See website for full list, as some documents are case-specific**
