Application process

Seniors must first complete the registration form before scheduling a ride which can be obtained online, in-person, or by mail. Once registered, call (708) 424-7500 Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 3:00pm to make a reservation. Rides are available on a first-come, first-served basis

Fees

Self-pay; Fare is $1.00 each way, riders can pay with cash or with pre-paid tickets which can be purchased at the Hometown City Hall
