Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) - Charlie Health

Charlie Health is a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents and young adults (ages 11-32) with mental health and/or substance use concerns. Charlie Health provides comprehensive, evidence-based treatment programs for teens, young adults, and families who need therapy more than once/week. Their IOP consists of Group, Individual, and Family Therapy, as well as experiential therapy (art, music, dance, yoga, etc.) and psychiatry. Through virtual Group Therapy, Charlie Health can match patients into curated groups of relatable peers, not just based on diagnosis or geography, but on identity and life experience. They also accept ALL commercial insurances and Tricare in Illinois, and their goal is to never have a waitlist.
