Affordable Housing - The Resurrection Project - Main Office

Eligibility

Each property has its own specific application, but the first step is to complete and submit a pre-application. If you qualify for housing, your name will be added to the waiting list. Qualified individuals are contacted as apartments become available. At this time, the applicant is invited to complete and mail in a full application, along with all supporting documents. Once approved, applicants will schedule a move-in date and submit their security deposit and first month's rent payment.

The Resurrection Project (TRP) plans, builds, and manages rental properties in the Pilsen, Back of the Yards, and Little Village neighborhoods. We offer more than 800 units of affordable, workforce, and single-room occupancy (SRO) housing at an average monthly rate of $680.
