Eligibility
- The family must live in Berwyn or Cicero, Illinois- Biological parents are not involved in child/children care- Grandparent or other nonparent relative must be 55 years of age or older- A grandparent or other non-parent relative raising a child (who is not more than 18 or who is 19-59 with a disability) may use this service.
