Open to children, ages 0-3, after a referral is made, families will meet with a team to help them assess their child's development and determine further eligibility

Application process

Call to make an appointment, a child can be referred by anyone (parents, doctor, child care provider, community agency, etc.)

Fees

Screenings and evaluations are free, insurance/Medicaid are billed for ongoing therapy services, families without private insurance or Medicaid can still receive services, families are subject to a monthly family participation fee based solely on gross annual income and family size
