A Due Date Extension is available for customers to extended their bill due date by 21 calendar days (14 calendar days for commercial customers). With a Due Date Extension, you will still be charged a standard late payment fee after the original due date has passed but will not risk your outstanding balance going to collections. If you accept a Due Date Extension but do not pay off the balance by the agreed-upon date, you may not be eligible for future extensions.
