Have an active residential ComEd account (this is not for commercial customers); Enrolled in SARP as of 1/7/23 or later; Currently not enrolled in Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP); Household must be at or below 200% Federal Poverty Level; Have not received a FREE energy kit in the past three years from a Community Action Agency
