Application process

All potential residents must complete the Pre-Application Form online at https://www.lcdc.net/programs/homes-for-rent. Once they have the pre-application, they will reach out to to complete a full application. Please note that there may be a waiting list and someone will reach out once there is a unit available. Once approved, the Property Management team will reach out to sign all necessary forms and provide a move-in date.

Fees

Their apartments are at set affordable rates based off of if the income is designated for 30% AMI, 50% AMI, or 60% AMI (their properties are tax credit buildings)
