Offers scholarships, amounts are dependent of funding levels, to income eligible individuals who are planning to attend accredited Illinois University, community college, technical or vocational schools. Preference is given to applicants of racial or ethnic minorities.

Must show 30 days of income, be attending college or have an acceptance letter, Social security cards for all in household, essay that describes your needs, goals and career endeavors
Eligibility
Must be a resident of Ford, Iroquois, or Vermilion County, meet poverty level guidelines, be enrolled at or applying to an Illinois post-secondary school, college, or vocational institute, cannot have already completed a bachelor's degree, need to be enrolling as a full-time student (typically at least 12 credit hours), must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (high school) or 2.0 (post-secondary school), on a 4.0 scale
