Open to residents of Christian, Clay, Effingham, Fayette, Montgomery, Moultrie, or Shelby County; Must be a high school graduate or GED recipient planning initial enrollment in an Illinois post-secondary educational/vocational program; Must be economically disadvantaged, according to CSBG income guidelines
