Pediatric/Adolescent immunizations provided: - Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis (DTaP). - Flu vaccine (offered seasonally). - Gardasil (HPV). - Hepatitis A. - Hepatitis B. - Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib). - Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR). - Meningococcal conjugate vaccine. - Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine. - Polio. - Rotavirus. - Tetanus/Diphtheria (Td) or Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDaP). - Varicella (chickenpox). Adult immunizations provided: - Gardasil (HPV). - Hepatitis A. - Hepatitis B. - Flu vaccine (offered seasonally). - Polio. - Meningococcal conjugate vaccine. - Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR). - Pneumonia. - Tetanus/Diphtheria (Td) or Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDaP). - Varicella (chickenpox). - Varicella zoster (shingles).

Qualifications for the VFC program include: - Enrolled in Medicaid. - Does not have health insurance. - Is American Indian or Alaskan Native. - Is underinsured (health insurance does not pay for immunizations).
