- Call for assistance or visit website for application - Registered participants will receive a call on weekdays at a pre-determined time between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. If the participant does not answer the call, a deputy will perform a wellness check at their home. Participants can notify the program ahead of time if they have a schedule adjustment and will not be home to answer the call. Documents Required: - RUOK Registration Packet (see website)
