Developmental Screening: Early identification of developmental delays, including: - Communication/Social Skills. - Movement. - Self-help skills. -------------------- Physical Therapy: Movement, motor development, and body function (ex: strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance). Work with children with a wide variety of diagnoses, including: - Developmental delays. - Cerebral palsy. - Down syndrome. - Spina bifida. - Torticollis. - Plagiocephaly. - Genetic disorders. - Hypotonia. - Toe walking. - Post-surgical rehabilitation. -------------------- Occupational Therapy: Increase a child's independence and quality of life while targeting areas including: - Daily living skills. - Sensory processing. - Self-regulation. - Motor skills - Coordination. Treatment includes an emphasis on educating the caregivers and providing strategies to increase participation in their home and community environments. -------------------- Speech Therapy: Essential skills needed to be confident and successful communicators. -------------------- Feeding Therapy: Several different approaches to resolve mealtime struggles, including: - SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) approach: address both sensory processing and oral motor skills, allowing a child to interact with a varieety of foods in a playful, non-stressful way. -------------------- The ALEX Program: Therapy for children with Cerebral Visual Impairment (CVI).

- Program services are provided to families on a sliding fee scale. Easterseals can bill private insurance, DSCC, IDHS, or early intervention/CBO. - Developmental screening is free. - Certain programs have sliding fee scales and scholarship options to qualifying families.
