Eligibility
-An applicant must show that they: -Are 18 years of age or older -Are a resident of Illinois -Make less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level -Do not qualify for any of the following public assistance programs: *Federal Economic Impact Payments established to alleviate the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic *Unemployment insurance *Social Security *Supplemental Security Income *TANF/WIC/SNAP, or any other public assistance *VTTC - individuals preparing to apply for Asylum, U visa, or T visa should apply for VTTC and not IFSP *Do not receive monthly cash support from the City of Chicago or Cook County
