Application process

Except for tattoo removals, all safety and violence prevention services are provided free of cost. Tattoo removals occur on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month from 6 to 8 PM. There is a sliding fee for tattoo removals. Gang-related tattoo removals are provided at a meager cost.
