Sometimes it’s not safe or as comfortable to make a call. Harbor House's "Chat Now" feature allows survivors of domestic violence to speak with an advocate who will listen and provide emergency services if needed. The chat is confidential and can be disconnected at any time if the survivor no longer feels safe to continue. Harbor House advocates are mandated reports and will report threats of imminate harm to the proper authorities.
