Offers the following services: - Rapid HIV testing. - Rapid Hepatitis C testing. - Full-Slate STI/STD Testing (HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Herpes 1 and 2, Trichomoniasis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia). - Pregnancy Testing (available by request). - PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis, if taken within 72 hours of suspected exposure). - HPV Vaccinations. - Hepatitis A Vaccinations. - Safe sex kit distribution. - Narcan/Naloxone distribution. - Health Navigation Services (providing referrals to needed services). - Transgender Health Navigation Services.

- Appointment, labs, and results are provided at no cost. - STI/STD treatment, PEP, and PrEP may have a cost if prescribed through somewhere besides the agency's partnered pharmacy.

Eligibility

STI/STD Testing: - Individuals ages 12 and older, no guardian required. - Individuals under the age of 12 must have a guardian accompany them. HPV Vaccinations: - Individuals age 9 and older.
