Eligibility

- Age 14-40. - Diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, schizophreniform disorder or other specified/unspecified schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorder. - Experiencing no more than 18 months of psychotic symptoms, whether treated or untreated. - Willing to consent to participate in at least two of the five treatment modalities. If program is not a good fit, client will be referred to another community resource.

Fee

Fees vary based on service provided. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and private pay. Sliding scale available for those who meet income guidelines.
