UCP Heartland Adult Day Services: Provides a variety of health, social and support services. Clients receive individualized assistance with a variety of skills (social, learning, daily living, cognitive, adaptive) that foster a greater level of independence, focusing on choice and interest for each individual. The Gibbs Center offers highly trained staff and a registered nurse on duty throughout the day. With modified agency-owned vans, the program offers choices to clients, including outings into the community. The Gibbs Center has strong partnerships with businesses in the metro area to provide a network of assistance.
