(1) Call 630-407-6500 to speak with Intake and Referral, or contact your local township office, to schedule an appointment. (2) A phone intake will be completed to determine program eligibility. (3) If eligible, an appointment will be provided. (4) Applicants will need to provide all required documents at the time of appointment

Must reside in DuPage County; Total gross household income may not be more than 200% of federal poverty level; Applicant must be the customer of record with the utility company
