Community Alternatives Unlimited provides transitional and long-term case management. CAU serves individuals who are receiving or seeking supportive services. The process involves establishing a personal, one-to-one relationship between individuals and families in need of services.Other services include the prioritization of urgent service needs (PUNS) database, pre-admission screening, and outreach to state-operated developmental centers. Community Alternatives Unlimited (CAU) offers both transitional and long-term case management services. CAU assists individuals who are currently receiving or seeking supportive services. The process focuses on developing a personal, one-on-one relationship between staff and the individuals and families in need of assistance.Additional services provided include the Prioritization of Urgency Needs for Services (PUNS) database, pre-admission screenings, and outreach to state-operated developmental centers, housing navigation services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
