The shelter takes in animals from the entire county and is the only shelter in the county. Animal Control and Humane Society volunteers work hand in hand to care for all the cats and dogs that come into the shelter.

Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old. - All adults in the home must agree to bringing in the new pet. - Must provide all needed food, water, shelter, exercise, and vertinary care. - Will not give away or sell adopted pet. - Approval from landlord or parent and have all deposits paid.
