Application process

Appointment Required. Pre-Screen required before enrollment. The facility is wheelchair and ADA accessible, however, residents must be self-sufficient. Residents are provided free transportation to and from campus. Individuals between the age of 12-18 must bring in a Birth Certificate and a list of Immunizations.
