Project IMPACT

Project IMPACT is a 24/7 behavioral health crisis program embedded in West Suburban Medical Center's emergency department. Project IMPACT crisis clinicians are available to meet with patients experiencing behavioral health and/or substance use crises who may be in need of services. Clinicians complete comprehensive assessments, provide linkage to resources, and assist with the coordination of safe and appropriate discharge plans.
