Case Management/Older Adults Benefits
Case managers can assist eligible individuals with various facets of community support. Common issues include applying for benefits, arranging for help in the home, receiving home-delivered meals, or gaining access to medical care and affordable housing. Their trained volunteers assist older adults in applying for and maintaining public entitlements. Individuals are screened for programs that may provide financial assistance or services. Programs offered: LIHEAP, SNAP/Link Benefits and Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP).

North Shore Senior Center
North Shore Senior Center provides an array of social service programs and services that enable older adults to live safely and independently in Chicago's northern suburbs. NSSC offers a comprehensive suite of services including a wide array of social services, specialized care for people living with dementia, counseling, money management, educational and wellness programs, and volunteer opportunities. Social service offices are located in Northfield, Niles, Glenview, and Evanston. North Shore Senior Center is accredited by CARF.
